We partnered with Niagara Health to help solve a growing challenge, attracting skilled healthcare professionals in a crowded job market. Instead of another generic hiring push, we built a brand platform that sells the lifestyle as much as the job. We positioned Niagara Health not just as a hospital system, but as a place to build a career and a life, in a region known for its culture, community and quality of living.

From strategy to launch, we created a bold, tourism-inspired campaign: “Make Niagara Health Your Home” that tapped emotion, aspiration and authenticity to connect with healthcare talent across Ontario.
